I've been using the XDJ-RR with rekordbox and it's a reliable workhorse. The included software is a nice bonus. Standalone USB playback is flawless, and the touchscreen is intuitive. At $1,129, it's not cheap, but you get Pioneer's ecosystem and build. The 2-channel layout is clean, but if you ever want to add a third deck, you're out of luck. No effects section either – you have to rely on rekordbox effects. For mobile DJs who prioritize portability and simplicity, it's a good choice, but more advanced users may feel limited.
