Our take
The XDJ-RX3 is a huge upgrade from the RX2. The touchscreen is bright and responsive, making track browsing a breeze. I love that it works with both rekordbox and Serato out of the box. The 16 pads feel great for performance, and the built-in mixer is full-featured. However, the 2-channel limitation remains, and at $2,148, it's pricey. The rack-mountable design is nice for studios but adds bulk. For serious hobbyists or pros needing a compact all-in-one, it's hard to beat.
