Our take
I've been using the XDJ-XZ at gigs and it's a beast. The 4-channel mixer and 2 decks offer plenty of flexibility. The 16 pads are responsive for hot cues and samples, and the jog wheels feel great. The built-in mixer is high quality. However, it's heavy and bulky for transport. Also, it's not fully standalone—you still need a laptop for rekordbox. At $2,450, it's expensive but worth it for serious mobile DJs.
